Our Mission

DBA Consults offers a variety of professional development and educational consulting services for individuals, students, groups and organizations.

 

We provide professional development services for early career professionals, as well as educational, teaching, writing and editing services for college level and high school students. We also offer university and college admission support services for international students.

 

Our mission is to provide the requisite tools  and resources to individuals, groups and organizations to prepare, kick-start and grow their academic and professional careers. A core part of our mission is to support low-income and underserved minority groups by offering our services to them through special discounts and full service fee waivers.

Dr. DERRICK AMOAKO

Consultant / Food Scientist, Ph.D.

Derrick has a strong passion for food science education and mentoring, and has been involved in a variety of teaching, mentoring and campus recruiting activities in different Universities across the country. His professional development experience and expertise ranges from resume reviewing, technical writing, job interviewing and public speaking.

JOYCELINE AMOAKO

Consultant / Public Health Professional, PhD

With over eight years working in academic institutions, Joyceline brings a wealth of expertise to help students navigate the complexities of academic pursuits. She applies her invaluable skill of securing grant funding to assist students in securing scholarships and funding for their education. Joyceline communicates complex information to students of all levels, guiding them with the knowledge and skills necessary for academic success. Her genuine passion for mentoring shines through as she assists international students in navigating the admissions process and gaining acceptance into their desired programs.
